Abstract: This paper is based on the analysis of the emotional factors, which may have influence on the fluency of spoken English, and reveals how to use the influence to improve oral English scientifically. This article attempts to find the practical mothodology to develop and improve students’ oral English, in order to realize the goal of English teaching and develop talented people with high English communication skills.
