Abstract: Chinese dietetic culture has gained much popularity throughout the world, and in the modern era, the popularity still thrives. Dietetic culture, which has great influence to Chinese people’s personalities, has already become one of the traditional cultures in China. With the enhancement of the globalization, Chinese dietetic culture becomes better known across the world. However, in different regions of China the dietetic cultures are greatly different from each other. Through comparing the differences of dietetic culture in two majority regions, this paper tries to help people better understand Chinese dietetic cultures.

摘要：中国饮食文化享誉全球，名贯古今。饮食文化对中国人民的性格有着深远的影响，已然成为中国的传统文化之一。随着全球化的到来，世界人民也更为了解中国的饮食文化。然而，我国不同地区的饮食文化千差万别。本论文旨在通过比较中国两个主要不同地区的特点，帮助人们更好地认识中国的饮食文化。
