Therefore, should change the traditional Japanese professional personnel training mode, from the Japanese professional's own traditions, superior resources, combined with the actual needs of local economic development, differentiation, find the correspondency of Japanese talent training and social needs of colleges and universities, training strategy of differentiation and formation characteristics.
