摘  要:我国学院日语系在人才培养目标,课程体系,教学内容等方面同质化现象日趋严重,已经导致了教育资源的大量浪费和就业难。为此,应该改变传统的日语系人才培养模式,从日语系自身的传统,优势资源入手,结合当地经济发展的实际需要,细分化市场,找到高校日语人才培养和社会实际需求的契合点,实行异同化的人才培养战略,形成特色。才能走出一条可持续的谐发展之路。Japanese majors of our country’s universities in talents training target, course system, teaching content homogeneity phenomenon has become increasingly serious, has led to a waste of education resources and employment. Therefore, should change the traditional Japanese professional personnel training mode, from the Japanese professional's own traditions, superior resources, combined with the actual needs of local economic development, differentiation, find the correspondency of Japanese talent training and social needs of colleges and universities, training strategy of differentiation and formation characteristics. The harmonic development of a sustainable can be avoided.
