摘  要:近年来,随着日本公司的蜂拥而入,越来越多的学者开始关注高等学校日语人才的培养问题。针对如何培养适应社会需求的人才,提高日语系就业率,从高校日语教育者及日语学习者两个方面切入,论述其近况,揭示其弊端,进一步提出了培养复合型人才、突显学生在教学过程中的主人翁地位、改善教学措施以提高学生积极性等策略。In recent years, along with the pouring in of Japanese enterprises, more and more scholars begin to pay attention to Japanese talents cultivation in universities. Aiming at how to train the talents who are adapted to social needs and enhance employment status of Japanese majors,the paper put forward such measures, from the perspectives of teachers and learners, as cultivating inter-disciplinary talents, highlighting the status of students in teaching process and improving the teaching methods.
