Abstract
In the long history of human beings, the wine is not only an objective existence, but more a kind of culture. Each aspect of the society shows the infiltration of the wine culture, a special form of culture. The communication of cross culture is the integral part of the 21th century and plays a vital part in the development of the communication of human culture.
With the expansion of the China and Britain communication, the differences of the Chinese and British culture has attracted more and more attention, in which the difference of the wine culture is part of it. The wine culture has a distant origin and a long development. The wine appears and plays a part in people’s daily life. And as a tool connecting the past and the future, the wine has always been a subject studied by scholars. Basing on the research work done before, the differences of the Chinese and British wine culture was analyzed with a cross-cultural perspective in this paper in order to have a clear understanding of the two countries’ wine culture, smooth the cultural communication and prevent misunderstandings.
This paper is finished after information collecting and related materials classification and summary. This paper can be divided into four parts: the definition of cross-cultural communication and the importance of its study are introduced in the first chapter; in the second chapter, Chinese and British wine culture are briefly explained; in the third chapter, the differences of drinking etiquette, drinking purposes and drinking ways are analyzed; the importance of the differences of the Chinese and British wine culture is dissected in the fourth chapter.

摘 要
在人类的历史长河中，酒不仅是一种客观的物质存在,更是一种文化。酒文化作为一种特殊的文化形式几乎已经渗透到社会的各个领域。跨文化交际是21世纪中不可缺少的一部分并且对人类文化交流发展起到了举足轻重的影响。
随着中英双方交流的扩大,两国之间的异同也越来越受到重视，酒文化的异同也当然是其中之一。酒文化源远流长，酒在人们日常的交际生活中起着重要影响，它融会贯通了人们生活和人际交往的各个方面。而酒作为一个既传承历史又通向未来的道具是学者们一直以来探讨的课题。本文在前人探讨的基础上，从跨文化交际角度剖析中英两国酒文化的异同，旨在了解两国各有特色的酒文化，使中国和英国之间可以顺利地进行文化沟通，英语论文题目，避免在交际中产生误会，英语毕业论文，提高交际能力。
本文是在经过资料收集和阅读之后进行的略论总结，将本文主要分为四个部分：第一部分主要介绍了跨文化交际的定义及跨文化交际探讨的必要性；第二部分对中国和英国酒文化做了总体上的介绍；第三章阐述了中英两国酒文化在饮酒的礼仪、饮酒的目以及饮酒之道三方面的异同；第四章剖析了中英酒文化异同对跨文化交际的重要性。
