摘  要

经济全球化和一体化的进一步发展,商业活动增加,不同的文化正在不可避免的互相交流。随着全球化的发展,在我们的日常生活中国际谈判已成为非常受欢迎的一种交流方式,在国际谈判中文化因素发挥着不可或缺的重要影响。在中国和西方国家之间历史背景、风俗习惯和民族信仰等许多方面是有很大异同的,而跨文化交流发生在各种社会组织,人际交往水平和设置组织之间,所以基于中国和西方国家之间的文化异同,探究合适的策略来实现两个谈判代表之间的沟通是非常必要的。

Abstract

With the further development of economic globalization and integration, business activities increase. In our daily lives,culture exchanges have become very popular in international negotiations as a means of communication. In international negotiations, cultural factors play an indispensable role. Many respects between China and Western countries,such as historical background, customs and ethnic beliefs are very different, and cross-cultural communication occurs between the various social organizations and interpersonal level ,so based on cultural differences between China and the West  countries.This thesis explore appropriate strategies to achieve the communication between the two negotiators.

1 Introduction

1.1 Background of the research
With the development of globalization, international negotiation has become very popular in our daily life, and cultural factors play an important role in international negotiation under different language contexts. With the economic globalization and integration further developing,Different levels of business activity between members ,there are different culture increasingly.business activities become a way that to choice for human communication. International business negotiation plays a big role in the international business activities, therefore how to conduct efficient cross-cultural business negotiations were put on the agenda. As there is a great difference in many aspects of the historical backgrounds, customs and ethnic beliefs between China and Western countries.However,the intercultural communication is different with friendship,they are happens at different levels in social and organizational, it is important to explore the social practice of different cultures and come up with some strategies for the negotiator. It is hoped that this research could contribute to the success communication of Chinese products in the international market. With the quick global economic integration paces, the transnational flow of the international business becomes more active in our daily life.
