商务英语写作中的礼貌问题及策略[英语论文]

摘  要

随着国际贸易的迅速发展,商务英语在今天的商业界中发挥着重要的影响。在这种情况下,商务英语写作因其独特的特点成为最常用的通信工具之一。在写商务英语信函的过程中,英语论文,适当的礼貌理论的运用无疑可以帮助减少写信人和读者之间的误会使沟通朝我们预期的方向发展。本文的目的是帮助作者在商业信函的写作中恰当地表达礼貌,成功的将信息传递给读者以促进商业贸易的成功。
本文首先展现了四种礼貌准则的观点,总结国内外的礼貌理论和准则,英语毕业论文,特别是以利奇的会话原则观及布朗和莱文森的面子保全观,然后是对于商务信函的基本介绍。我们可以看出礼貌准则在各种商业信函中有不同的体现。同时,这些原则和策略在商务英语信件中也限制着语言的使用并为选择恰当的表达提供了理论支持。并且商务英语信函中礼貌策略的学习有助于提高商务信函的写作能力和教学能力。

Abstract

With the rapid development in the international trade, business English is revealing its important role played in today’s business world. Under such kind of satiation, the business English writing is becoming one of the most often applied communicating tools because of its unique characteristics. During the process of writing a business English letter, the application of appropriate politeness strategies are undoubtedly helpful for reducing the misunderstandings between the writer and the reader of the letter, on the other hand, it also helps the communication goes as expected. The intended goal is to help the writer to express his politeness appropriately during the construction of the business letters, and pass on the information and ideas successfully to the reader to contribute to the success of business trade. Politeness, as a complicated social and cultural phenomenal is significant in life.
 First, the thesis reviews four major views on the politeness principle specifically the Conversational-Maxim view represented by Leech and the Face-Saving view represented by Brown and Levinson. And then make a conclusion for the different politeness theories and principles both home and abroad. Then is the presentation of business 1etter. And according to these, people can see that the politeness principle embodied in varies types of business letter. In the meantime, these maxims and strategies conduct and constrain the use of language and provide the theoretical supports for the proper choice of expression in English business letter. The study of politeness strategies helps improve the writing and teaching ability of English business letter.
