[摘 要]
作为震惊的中国古典名著之一的《红楼梦》为广大学者提供了许多探讨素材，它在翻译界的探讨对中外文化的交流和融合起着不可忽视的影响。其中对酒文化的翻译探讨也深受广大学者关注。本文略论了《红楼梦》译本中在酒令修辞格方面的翻译，从而使读者了解修辞格翻译的特点及规律，以使读者更好地把握文学翻译中修辞格的应用。同时评述了《红楼梦》的两位主要译者在传递不同背景文化信息方面所采用的归化或异化的翻译策略和措施，以及由此对读者所产生的效果和在目的与文化中所起的影响的不同，英语毕业论文，英语论文，略论并总结目的论对译者选择策略和措施的作用和指导影响，从而归纳酒令修辞格的翻译所使用的策略和技巧，以真正实现中西方酒文化的交流与融通。

Abstract:
Hong Lou Meng, as one of the masterpieces of ancient Chinese essay, which has a great influence at home and abroad, and it provides learners with a great amount of material in literature studies. It plays a vital role for Chinese culture and western culture to communicate and compound in translation studies, especially for the translation of drinking culture which has attracted attention of the learners who study the literature. This paper analyses the rhetorical device of drinkers’ wager games in the versions of Hong Lou Meng, and let readers understand the characteristics and regulation of the rhetorical device, at the same time, it will make the learners mast the usage of the rhetorical device in literature translation. This paper makes a comment on the two main translators (Yang Xianyi and Hawkes David) in transmitting the different cultural information under the different backgrounds with the method that is domestication or foreignization in translation. Analyzing how to effect readers and what the different usage in target language because of the method, making a summary of how the Skopos theory affects translators to make a choice on the strategies and solutions, in order to make a summary of the strategies and methods in the translation of the drinkers’ wager games and let the communication and compound of Chinese and western culture come true.

1. Introduction
As we know, “Cao Xueqin uses a lot of rhetorical device in his masterpiece Hong Lou Meng to describe people and tell the story; describing scenery and things. These make people in it more active and lovely; letting the surroundings and atmosphere more interesting and attractive; getting the information and culture of the novel more and more attractive and popular.”[1] He uses rhetorical device to talk about things and sense in order to make his novel has little difficulty in understanding, all these enhance the effect of the famous novel.
