Abstract：
Personal deixis is a very common phenomenon of pragmatics in daily life. It shows the social status and interpersonal relationships of the speaker. Numerous scholars have made abundant research on deixis. Based on their researches, this paper conducts a brief study of the conversion of personal deixis through contrasting the similarities and differences of the first personal deixis, the second personal deixis and the third personal deixis in C-E translation. The author concludes that in translating the personal deixis people should make a sufficient understanding of the similarities and differences between English and Chinese personal deixis so that a correct understanding and proper translation of personal deixis can be achieved. This paper can be divided into four parts. The first part is introduction, including the purpose of this thesis and the previous achievements of personal deixis study. The second part is the brief discussion of personal deixis, including the similarities and differences between English personal deixis and Chinese personal deixis. The third part is the discussion of the conversion of personal deixis in C-E translation. The fourth part is conclusion.

人称指示语是生活中一种常见的语用现象，英语论文，表明了说话者的社会地位和人际联系。许多学者对指示语都进行了探讨。根据他们的探讨成果，英语论文范文，本文通过对比第一、第二和第三人称指示语在英语与汉语中的不同之处与相同之处，对指示语的翻译转换进行对比讨论。作者认为，只有对人称指示语在英语和汉语中的相似性和相异性有所了解，才能对人称指示语有正确的理解和恰当的翻译。本文可分为四个部分。第一部分是简介，包括论文的写作目的和人称指示语的国内外探讨近况。第二部分是对人称指示语的讨论，其中包括人称指示语在英语和汉语中的相似处和异同处。第三部分是人称指示语在汉英翻译中的转换的讨论。第四部分是结论。

1 Introduction
The use of deictic word is a common phenomenon of communication. Deictic means relating to a word, the determination of whose referent is dependent on the context in which it is said or written. Deixis is a kind of deictic word. In the past, numerous scholars explored the classification and uses of deixis, but did not pay enough attention to the conversion of Chinese and English personal deixis.
1.1 The Purpose of This Thesis

And based on the context the proper translation of personal deixis can be reached.
