摘 要
随着世界市场经济大潮的呼啸而来，各国公司之间的交流与合作越来越频繁，公司之间的商务信函来往也越来越频繁。商务信函涵盖了各国各行业各领域，因此商务信函翻译也成为了跨国公司间交流的重要枢纽。不合格的商务信函翻译可能会引起公司之间的误会，造成信息传递的差错，使交易失败，导致巨大的经济损失。因此，为了避免商务信函交流中的各种不便和误解，商务信函翻译者必须拥有过硬的专业知识。商务信函的翻译应该准确，简练，英语论文网站，应当多使用专业术语。这样才能在商务信息交流中减少贸易误会的发生，顺利完成商务贸易。本文通过举例和比较，英语论文，详细地略论了商务信函的特点并总结了商务信函翻译的一些措施和翻译时应注意的问题。

Abstract
As the world economy tide comes, the communication and cooperation between enterprises over the world become more and more frequent, and the business letters between them become more and more frequent, too. Business letters cover all areas and all industries, and it is a worldwide thing, therefore business letter translation is becoming the important hub between transnational enterprises. The business letter plays an important role in communication. While unqualified business letters translations may cause misunderstanding between enterprises, forming the error and leading the transaction and resulting in huge economic losses. In order to avoid the inconvenience and misunderstanding in business letters translation, business letters translators should be professional and experienced. They should know lots of terms and use them when they translate the letters. Only in this way, can the trade misunderstanding reduce. Over the years, the domestic and foreign researchers and scholars of translation have done a lot of research in business letters translation. In this paper, we use some examples and contrasts analyzing the feature of business letters in detail and summarize the methods of business letters translation. We also find the problems when the translators translate business letters and it is necessary for the business letters translators to correct.

1 Introduction

In the international business activities, business people will face all kinds of documents every day, such as correspondence, contract, etc. They are the communication channels between transnational enterprises. As the most important and comprehensive approach between transnational enterprises, business letters play very important role in international trade. The business letters would be used in the daily documents frequently. While the transnational corporations around the world all over the world, the language of whose are all different and how to translate the business letters into their own languages closely is a big problem. It causes more and more business staff’s attention and they try their best to find the way to translate.
