摘 要
中文是向国外输出独特的中国特色文化的不二选择，尤其是那些带有中国特色的语言词汇，它们为中国所特有，直接或间接地反映出了中国的发展历史和社会背景，其中涵盖了经济、政治、文化、科学、艺术、技术、教育和日常生活。如今，随着中国社会的发展。大量的新的中国特色词汇不停地出现、扩大和丰富了中国古代的语言。因此，本论文将以“中国特殊词语英译”为核心，通过学习现当代学者相关探讨成果，再应用中国和国外专家们对翻译采用异化策略的偏好，将理论探究和实际使用相结合，全方位地对中国特殊词语的英译策略倾向，英语论文题目，英语论文题目，还有运用的情况作出积极的研讨和定位。虽然由目的论起决定影响的异化策略是主要的翻译手法，但在将中国特殊词语进行翻译时，译者应该辩证地看待这一手法。并根据实际情况加以应用。这点非常重要，也是本篇论文的结论。

Abstract
Chinese language is the only one way to output the unique Chinese culture. And the Chinese cultural phrases are a strong evidence of it. Chinese cultural phrases have tremendous special features， which could not be found in other nation’s cultures. These features just like a mirror that reflects many aspects of China’s society, from history, economy, culture, science, art and technology, education, and daily life. The whole world has been developing rapidly after the Second World War; the non-stop occurrences of new Chinese cultural words enlarge and enrich the ancient Chinese language. Thus, in the thesis, all the arguments and statements will center round the C-E translation of Chinese cultural words. Considering the prevailing tendency where translators at home and abroad prefer employing the foreignization strategy in translation, ground on the pertinent studies conducted by previous scholars, this thesis has absorbed the valuable meaning of practicing with related theories to carry out the research on the application and the adoption of the mentioned strategy, which is about the translation between Chinese cultural phrases and English phrases. Finally, a conclusion of the study is drawn that, from the view of Skopos theory, foreignization is the major and effective strategy in translating Chinese cultural words to English, but translators should dialectically view this mainstream translation strategy.

1 Introduction
1.1 Research background
Vocabulary is the most changeable and unstable parts in the whole translation system. In all ages, Chinese cultural words are opposed to the common foreign words; it acts as a unique cultural exchange between China and foreign countries linguistic phenomenon or large outstanding product quality. In modern times, with China growing English influence, these Chinese cultures, then, Chinese substantial bearing content embodies and expresses the unique advantages of Chinese culture. Today, English in turn brings a special variant of English with Chinese characteristics, which also constitutes a word in Chinese culture the backbone of for speeding up the transmission of Chinese culture to the West.
