摘要
莎士比亚是个文学天才，莎士比亚的戏剧情节生动丰富, 语言精炼优美, 对欧洲文学和戏剧的发展有重大作用。莎士比亚著作早在一百二十年前就被介绍到中国。我们国家虽然有很多的莎翁译本，但是从总体上来看，还是朱生豪和梁实秋的译本作用最深最广。梁实秋对莎士比亚全集的翻译缺乏节奏和韵律，并且使用的语体是较为正式的书面语言。但是，在对粗言秽语翻译是十分忠实的。朱生豪的翻译具有明显的的诗意特点和音乐感。口语的风格，使他的文本更加流畅也使得他的译本更加流行。但一些低俗的语言被纯化，没有真实的表达作者的原意。梁实秋的译本更注重文学功能和对文学探讨的影响。而朱生豪的译本则更注重舞台表演的效果。

Abstract
Shakespeare is a literature genius, his plays have vivid plots and exquisite language. His plays have deep influence on the literature of Europe. His works was introduced to China about 100 years ago. There were many chinese versions, but the most influencial version is Zhu Shenghao and Liang Shiqiu’s versions. Liang Shiqiu’s translation of the Complete Works of Shakespeare lacks rhythm and rhyme and the written language is widely used. But the vulgar languages are translated directly. Zhu’s translation has distinct poetic features and musical sense. The oral style makes the version more fluent and popular. But some vulgar languages are purified. Liang pays more attention to the literary function, while Zhu pays more attention to the stage performance.

1. Introduction
Translation is a creative activity, it is not only the language symbol conversion process, but also the cultural transmission of information and feelings. In this process, the translator playes a role as a bridge between original authors and readers, from the primitive culture to the target language . His performance to a large extent determined the pros and cons and thus became the most active factor in the process of translation. Shakespeare was introduced to China as a hundred and twenty years ago. There are a lot of Shakespeare translation versions in our country , but the overall, Zhu Shenghao and Liang Shiqiu’s translation versions have the deepest and widest influence. DengDihas made the study of Zhu Shenghao’s version, and he thinks that Zhu’s version has gained the acceptance. Hu Yaling thinks that Liang Shiqiu has deep English skills and Liang can do the translation so accurately. Wu Mingjie thinks that Zhu Shenghao used domesticating in his translation.This article will be based on their translation versions to analyse and compare their translation motive power and the different translation strategies. Liang Shiqiu’s translation of Shakespeare aimed to keep the "truth" with "academic" features, more suitable for scholars reading and research; Zhu Shenghao do the translation of Shakespeare to the pursuit of the "charm", seeking proficient smooth, more popular in mainland China
