[摘  要]:

自主学习”这一概念自上世纪80年代初被提出来以后,一直受到国内外语言学界的广泛关注,许多围绕自主学习的探讨纷纷展开。英语教学应该是有利于学生逐步实现从学习依赖到学习自主这一过程。在英语教学中,自主学习能力培养非常重要,结合英语教学改革的实践,英语论文网站,通过自主学习这一新的教学措施的研讨,以及对英语过程中如何培养和发展学习者自主学习能力问题进行的探讨,从而推行英语的教与学,培养学生终生受益的学习措施和能力,真正提高英语教学和质量。

Abstract:

In recent years, linguists at home and abroad pay more and more attention to "Autonomous Learning", which was first introduced in 1980s. Moreover, many scholars have done lots of studies about it, and made wonderful achievements on it. English teaching should do benefits to the students, making them change their learning style or habits from dependence to autonomy. As enhancing students’ autonomous ability is very important in English teaching, teachers should think about and find new ways of enhancing students’ autonomous learning abilities in the process of teaching, improve the relationship between teaching and learning, and help students develop some scientific learning methods. Only in this way, can the teachers enhance their teaching quality for real.

1.    Introduction
Facing the rapid development of society and the serious challenge of “Knowledge Crisis” in the world, more and more competent people are needed by the society. As more attention to the development of subjective activities is paid by the linguistic educators, “Autonomous Learning” has gradually been a “hot topic” in the field of language leaching. And more and more people have realized that students’ autonomies are the final aim of education. What’s more, the new proclaimed English Curriculum Standard in 2017 has definitely stipulated that, the ability of autonomous learning is one of an important symbol of the success of teaching pattern revolution and it is also students’ formulation of their own way to learn. Therefore, English teachers’ task is not only to teach students English, but teach them how to learn it. Meanwhile, students are the main bodies of learning, and teachers are the ones only to guide them in this process. In other words, they are learning English not from teachers but with teachers.              
    To sum up, how to understand “Autonomous Learning”, how to realize it, and how teachers cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability and long-life learning, and develop their good habits of learning independently have a direct relation with the foreign language teaching. This paper will take the English teaching as a case, discuss the definition of autonomous learning, analyze the problems that exist in the aspect of autonomous learning, and then give some advice and strategies on how to cultivate and develop students’ autonomous learning ability.
