摘 要
当前,多媒体技术在教育教学这个领域中得到了广泛的运用,对教学水平的提高起到了很大的影响。从教学手段上来看,多媒体教学以其图、文、声并茂的特点,极大地激发了学生的学习兴趣,优化了课堂教学。多媒体技术在小学教育中的运用,对小学英语课堂教学的改革起到了很大的影响。但任何事都有两面性,英语毕业论文,合理使用多媒体辅助教学措施会给英语课堂教学带来很大益处,不仅有利于提高学生的综合能力还有利于培养学生的想象力和创造力。反之,英语毕业论文,则会给教学带来一些不利的作用,不仅会违背以学生为中心的这个教学理念,还会减少师生互动。通过查阅文献资料,本文将结合学生的认知发展理论和建构主义学习理论来略论多媒体在辅助小学英语教学中的优缺点。

Abstract
Nowadays, multimedia technology has been widely used in education field; the application of multimedia technology makes a significant effect on the improvement of education. For the teaching methods, multimedia assisted teaching with its characteristics of using pictures, text, and sound together to present information vividly, greatly stimulate students' interest and optimize the classroom teaching. The application of multimedia technology in primary school has a vital effect on the reform of English classroom teaching, when multimedia teaching methods is used properly, it will make contributions to improve students’comprehensive ability and develop students’ imagination and creativity. But everything has two sides, if it is not used properly, it will be contrary to the student-centered teaching philosophy and reduce the student-teacher interaction. This paper will analyze the advantages and disadvantages of multimedia teaching in primary school with the knowledge of students’ cognitive development theory and constructivism learning theory.

1 Introduction
This paper mainly studies the advantages and disadvantages of multimedia assisted English teaching in primary school, and makes contribution to find methods to use multimedia teaching properly. Since the 1960s, computer aided English teaching had begun to play a role in education. As an advanced teaching technology, multimedia assisted teaching plays a vital role in English teaching and students’ learning which cannot be in placed by traditional teaching methods. Nowadays, multimedia teaching is a popular teaching method in different stages of teaching. It is supposed to improve the quality of teaching only if the teachers are aware of the advantages and disadvantages of the multimedia teaching and make a proper use of multimedia. Classroom structures are believed to be optimized as teachers combine traditional teaching methods with modern teaching methods in a proper way, and play their own advantages in English teaching. At the end of this paper, some recommendations are proposed. Make clear of the pros and cons of multimedia teaching will help us to have a better classroom teaching and implementing the quality of education.
