摘 要
本文旨在探讨略论弗吉尼亚 伍尔芙的小说《达洛维夫人》中女主人公达洛维夫人的性格。众所周知，克拉丽莎 达洛维是一个性格复杂、内心丰富、随着所处环境的不同而变幻特征的人。但她却对生命、信仰和爱有自己的独特见解。本文有三个自我矛盾的主题解读这一人物复杂难懂的性格。另外，英语毕业论文，英语论文题目，关于比较伍尔芙和克拉丽莎之间的性格差异点，在一定程度上伍尔芙通过克拉丽莎让人们意识到生命的美好和意义，而且表现出伍尔芙面对生活的积极一面。因此，笔者认为在此探讨克拉丽莎为何总是在日常生活中有自我矛盾是十分必要的。笔者十分希望该项探讨能在一定程度上激发读者明白怎样使其对《达洛维夫人》的视野和理解同时扩大和加深，并更正确地理解克拉丽莎的性格。

Abstract
This paper presents an analytical study of the heroine character of Carissa Dalloway in the novel Mrs.Dalloway which is written by Virginia Woolf. As is known to us, Carissa Dalloway has a complex character and is a rich inner feeling person who changes her characteristics in line with different environments where she stays. But she has her own special views of life, love and belief. This paper will account for the complicated character of the heroine Clarissa Dalloway from three themes. First one is self contradictory between life and death, discussing about Clarissa’s attitude to life and death. Second one is self contradictory between love and marriage, analyzing whether Clarissa was brave enough or not. The last one is self contradictory between inner and secular life, talking how Clarissa fought against both herself and society. Besides, with the character comparison of both the similarity and differences between Virginia Woolf and Mrs.Dalloway, to some extent, the heroine Clarissa Dalloway in the novel Mrs.Dalloway gave readers awareness that life is valuable and meaningful, but also showed a positive way of facing life of Virginia Woolf. Therefore, the author thinks it is very urgent to study why Carissa Dalloway always makes herself paradoxical in daily life. And it is sincerely hoped that such a research might, to such a degree, inspire literature readers of the novel Mrs.Dalloway about how to broaden their vision as well as deepen their comprehension of the novel Mrs.Dalloway with the aid of their better correctly understanding of character of the heroine Clarissa Dalloway.

1 Introduction
This paper presents an analytical study of the heroine character of Carissa Dalloway in the novel Mrs. Dalloway which is written by Virginia Woolf. As we all know, Virginia Woolf was a famous British writer and critic of literature, created highly praised essays and novels. As a finest stream of consciousness pioneer in 20 century, her masterpieces such as Mrs. Dalloway, which successfully utilize stream of consciousness skills to describe characters’ memories vividly and deeply. Therefore, schedulers have made a foundation on Mrs. Dalloway’s study.
