Business English in the international marketing商务英语在国际营销中的影响

Abstract: This paper first describes the important role of Business English in the international trade and points out that along with the process of economic globalization, there is a growing tendency for the use of Business English. After that this paper will explain what Business English is from the aspect of its definition and differences with original English; on the following, the paper will analyze the huge influence that Business English have on the international marketing. To be specific, Business English is the premise of International Corporation, the tool of international trade; also it is a means to collect information, a method to enhance the image of trade personnel and advertise itself, a magic weapon to avoid trade friction. Last but not the least, this paper will points out how to make the best use of Business English in the international marketing.

摘要:本文首先阐述英语在国际贸易中的重要影响,指出在经济全球化过程中运用商务英语的必要性;然后简述什么是商务英语,英语论文范文,即商务英语的定义和商务英语与一般英语的区别;接下来解析商务英语在国际营销中发挥的巨大影响,即商务英语是国际合作的前提,是贸易进行的工具,是搜集信息的手段,是提升贸易人员形象和为自己做广告的措施,是避免贸易摩擦的法宝;最后,讨论如何在国际营销中更好的应用商务英语。

1. Introduction

Along with the rapid development of economic globalization, the international marketing activities have become increasingly frequent. In order to show a good communication tools in the international marketing activities, language plays an important role in this way.  Extremely, business English appears to be the core to serve with the verbal communications. Business English is a professional language in the modern field of international trade (St John, 1996). It is a special branch of English using, for it has a notable feature of the syntax and grammar.
