In the research of the polite manner in the cross-culture communication between the China and Anglo-Saxon, the Chinese is tend to the individualism in the polite manner, however, Anglo-Saxon is tend to the collectivism in the polite manner. In addition, the behavior in the polite manner is major difference due to the experience, Education and other norms.
