During the process, we should highlight courses’ monographisch and case study, strengthen students’ ability to process teaching materials and make class designing. Also, we can invite excellent English teachers in primary or middle schools to give special speeches on classroom teaching strategy and management, the communication craft between teachers and students, teaching evaluation etc.
   Thirdly, enhance the solid exercise of courses on multimedia information technology, offer courseware model courses, so as to improve students’ skill in using multimedia and designing vivid, practical courseware, and finally lay a solid foundation for them to quickly adapt to the English teaching work under the New Course Standard.
