Modern society is the age of information industrialization where every information gets produced, stored, and distributed through internet and cultural industrial contents get produced based on the contents. Globalization and localization by the development of info-communication are providing new opportunities and challenges to the distressed region, and this is because unique features and attraction of the region dominate regional competitive power. For this reason, each local autonomous entity is trying to develop their unique local cultural contents by regional characteristics. Archiving of local cultural contents can contribute to the local development along with cultural industry policy. There is no limit to the range of local archiving as society, culture, religion, politics, and life. Among them, development and promotion of the region using historical and cultural heritage is a principal strategy of infusing vitality in distressed region which has been carried out a lot in advanced cities. The historical archives of Roman Catholic Diocese of Jeonju that were constructed in digital archive of this study have sufficient religious·social·historical values as the record of Honam region, which is the cradle of Korean Catholic Church. Moreover, they can make promotional effect of industrial linkage of Catholics in Korea as well as visitors of local community by satisfying policies of culture tourism industry of Jeonju-si. This study implemented local archiving by using historical records of local community, especially historical archives of Roman Catholic Dioces of Jeonju, that comply with cultural industry policy of local autonomous entity. First, this study reviewed construction of local archives, locality documentation, and precedent studies on cases of regional development using local cultural contents, and investigated implications through domestic and foreign case studies. This study used AtoM(Access to Memory), a representative open software, which is specialized in management of private records for systematic management. This study organized the level of description to apply to the system through classification of records by period, type, and use, and made registration and disposal of records, registration of institution, and writing institution’s business function possible. Construction of digital archives of historical records of Roman Catholic Diocese of Jeonju has expected regional·record keeping·religious effect as regional revival effect by increased effect of culture tourist industry, establishment of record management system of Research Foundation for Honam Church History, and increased religious value as the cradle of Catholic Church. Construction of offline archives through support and consultation with local autonomous entity and more detailed management of records management system with historians and religious professionals would be needed in the future. ，韩语论文范文，韩语毕业论文 |
