본고는 사회적 갈등을 설명하기 위해 자기서사 개념을 확장하여 집단의 행동을 야기하는 근원적인 힘으로서의 ‘집단서사’를 정의한다. 혼인설화는 식구가 되는 과정을 통해 자기서사와 ... 본고는 사회적 갈등을 설명하기 위해 자기서사 개념을 확장하여 집단의 행동을 야기하는 근원적인 힘으로서의 ‘집단서사’를 정의한다. 혼인설화는 식구가 되는 과정을 통해 자기서사와 집단서사의 갈등을 명확히 보여준다. 개인에게 식구되기란 새로운 이문화에 적응하는 과정이자 통과의례로 볼 수 있으며, 집단에게는 변화의 시작이다. 문화 적응의 과정에서 두 서사의 갈등은 첨예하게 일어나며, 개인은 물론 집단이 몰락하거나 부자가 된다. 문화 적응이 개인과 집단 모두에게 일어나며 개인과 집단 모두가 성장할 수 있는 기회라는 점을 알 수 있다. 이러한 문화적응적 맥락을 활용하여 신입사원의 기업문화 적응을 설명하고 설화 스토리텔링을 대안으로 제시한다. 직무 및 조직 적응 실패가 개인과 집단의 서사 갈등에서 온다는 점에 주목한다. 기업의 집단서사는 혼인 설화에 드러난 그것과 유사한 서사적 속성을 지니는데, 이 점에 착안하여 혼인 설화에 드러난 개인과 집단의 스토리텔링 방식을 기업에 적용하였다. 기존에도 스토리텔링을 활용한 조직사회화 교육이 실행되고 있지만 설화를 활용한다는 점, 주인공뿐만 아니라 다양한 인물의 서사를 살펴본다는 점, 그리고 인간 보편의 서사를 다룬다는 점에서 차별된다. 기업 내 문화 적응을 위한 프로세스를 분석하고 하나의 모델링을 이뤄나감으로써 신입사원뿐만 아니라 경영 환경에 따른 다양한 문화 적응 화두에 적용해볼 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The folk tales of marriage clearly show the conflict between Self-epic and Group-epic through the process of becoming a family. Being a member of the family can be seen as a process of adapting to a new culture, a rite of passage, and a beginning of change for the group. In the process of cultural adaptation, the conflicts of the two epic occur sharply, and the individuals as well as the groups fall or become rich. It can be seen that cultural adaptation occurs to both individuals and groups, and they are opportunities to grow. Using this cultural adaptive context, we explain the adaptation of corporate culture to new employees and present storytelling as an alternative. Notice that job and organizational failure comes from epic conflicts between individuals and groups. The epic of the corporation is similar to the folk tales of marriage. Based on this point, the storytelling method of the individual and the group revealed in the folk tales of marriage was applied to the enterprise. Even though the socialization education using the storytelling has already been carried out, it is distinguished from the fact that it utilizes epic, examines the epic of various characters as well as the main character, and deals with the narrative of human universal.
