이 연구는 지금까지의 흡연 연구와 달리 감정노동과 흡연의 관계에 관심을 가진다. 또 그 인과관계 사이에 부정정서와 사회적 지지가 영향을 미치고 있는지를 살펴본다. 이를 위해 이 연구... 이 연구는 지금까지의 흡연 연구와 달리 감정노동과 흡연의 관계에 관심을 가진다. 또 그 인과관계 사이에 부정정서와 사회적 지지가 영향을 미치고 있는지를 살펴본다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 독립변수인 감정노동을 업무참여도, 업무시간자율, 업무감정, 고객대면의 4가지 하위요인으로 구성하였다. 또한 가설을 검증하기 위해서 정서를 투입한 매개효과분석과 사회적 지지와 독립변수의 상호작용항을 투입한 상호작용효과분석을 수행하였다. 결과에 따르면 업무참여도가 낮을수록 부정정서를 경유하여 흡연여부에 영향을 미치고 있었으며(완전매개), 업무시간자율을 침해받을수록 부정정서를 경유해 흡연여부에 영향을 미치고 있음을(부분매개) 알 수 있었다. 더불어 사회적 지지의 부재는 낮은 업무참여도와 상호작용하여 흡연에 영향을 미친다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다. 이처럼 감정노동의 강도는 흡연에 영향을 미치며, 그 인과관계 사이에는 심리적인 요소들이 관여하고 있다. 이것은 감정노동이 스트레스로 인한 부정정서를 유발해 흡연을 촉진시키고 있으며, 직장 내 사회적 지지의 환경이 근로자의 흡연이라는 일탈적 건강위해행위를 줄일 수 있음을 시사한다.

This study focuses on the relationship between emotional labor and smoking. Moreover, it examines the impact of emotion and social supports in the link between emotional labor and smoking. To be more specific, this study divides independent variables into four factors (business participation, flextime, work-related emotions, and customer-facing). Then, it executes a statistical examination of mediating effects and interaction effects. Overall, the results show that a low degree of business participation influences smoking by mediating negative effects (complete mediation). Also, a small amount of flextime influences smoking by mediating negative effects (partial mediation). Furthermore, the results show that there is an interaction effect of an absence of social support and low business participation on smoking. In conclusion, emotional labor informs smoking and psychological factors have an effect on this causal relation. This finding suggests that emotional labor provokes stress and other negative effects. Therefore, these factors induce smoking, a health risk. Also, an environment of social support in the workplace can decrease smoking on the part of workers. ，韩语论文，韩语论文范文 |
