The behavioral changes of individuals form a school culture. It’s the behavior for one person but it’s the school culture for another. The reason that the school's innovation policy through the reform of the system is failed is that they thought the teachers as the target of the control and management and they were seeking only a change of regime, ignoring the school culture. Teachers are given a habit to act in the culture of the school not a new institution. While the teachers open and consultate their classes in schools they reflect and do a new approach. Through this process, the growth takes place. In the meantime, classes hastily try to apply the way to evaluate the excellent classes methods from the outside to the top-down type. Without critical thinking about the theoretical background of teaching methods they did not consider the reality of our school culture. Based on these issues ceremony I want to do research on the class centered school culture based on collegiality. Specifically, ethnographic research was performed in parallel with the participant observation and interviews for navigating the school culture and practical information based on community of workshops, seminars and training etc. The transformation of view looking at the traditional classes and the disclosure, the daily lessons were implemented through qualitative research of classroom. These results were obtained as follows: First, the teacher must collect the wisdom of the collective intelligence by conversations with colleagues, communication, empathy, reliance, cooperation and solidarity with the spontaneity and the authenticity. They should have expertise in education with critical thinking, imagination of education and practical wisdom thinking and reflection on education. Second, class perspective should keep in content and process, not methods and techniques. Also, child interaction in the classroom scene, dynamics, context, recognizing the characteristics of such non-predictable behavior should be made known to both teachers and children so that the internalization of learning and growth, reflection and introspection could occur. Third, the school must have a reasonable common sense and understanding of the universal culture in collegiality and community to further their steategies of sustainability. And It will have to establish a democratic and cooperative culture through dialogue and participation. The school culture is to experience. The school’s philosophy and culture is not that given learn or to learn by communication. That will feel natural when participating in the small everyday situations.
