The study aims to investigate the possibility for NT Live introduction and its methods, as NT Live can play a role of alternative content of National theatre of Korea. Current government let koreans to enjoy 'life in culture' and set the nations's role and status by leading the creative economic era through culture and bringing cultural prosper forward. Cultural institutions also engage in governmental policy and pursue cultural diversity. It is a green light for performance arts market which predicts huge change. Researcher could read the change in performance arts market paradigm, by observing korean audiences encounter NT Live of English national Theatre. The study had theoretical consideration looking at National Theatre of Korea itself and its repertoires and analysed cases of English National Theatre, Seoul Arts Center. Based on these theoretical inspection, the study designed model for empirical analysis and performed a survey. The study tried to empirically verify the possibility of introducing NT Live as an alternative content by looking at general condition and tendency of audiences who show active demand for NT Live programs. The survey took place in 24th February, 2016 at National theater of Korea, theatre Hae and asked with questionnaire sheets to 350 audiences of NT Live 'Hamlet'. First, correlation analysis for NT Live as alternative contents of National Theatre of Korea and satisfaction, royalty showed significance in positive correlation between NT Live subfactor performance, environment and satisfaction, royalty. Second, determination factor of NT Live watch appears to be a character of over 20 years old and holds undergraduate degree. Subfactor reveals that audiences interested the most in program, director, producing company and curiosity, in the order named. Cognitive route for NT Live had statistically significant difference in subfactor curiosity and recommendation, respectively. Third, credibility and comments concerning NT Live had over 70% of responses that were positive for introduction of NT Live. It revealed correlation with validity and credibility in introducing NT Live and had positive interrelationship. Thus, according to empirical analysis and case studies, it seems reasonable to introduce NT Live as an alternative contents for National Theatre of Korea. It is time to request active monitoring for proper introduction. However, studies are not found which deals with the impact or the factors of NT Live to its audience. In conclusion, National Theatre of Korea should not only stay introducing NT Lives of English National Theatre, but have to reach further to produce own NT Live and provide a platform for showing off and distribute korean traditional contents globally. It would be nice for the study to be a help in decision making of National Theatre of Korea. And hope to affect positively in energizing korean performance arts market. It is necessary for researchers and markets to keep on investigate the methods of NT Live introduction. The study to be a touchstone for developing new benefit models or reading new trends in performance arts market.
본 연구는 한국의 공연예술을 대표하고 극장운영의 견인차 역할을 하는 국립중앙극장 대안콘텐츠서의 NT(National Theatre) Live 도입방안 연구로 국내에 NT Live의 적용가능성과 방법을 살피는데 ... 본 연구는 한국의 공연예술을 대표하고 극장운영의 견인차 역할을 하는 국립중앙극장 대안콘텐츠서의 NT(National Theatre) Live 도입방안 연구로 국내에 NT Live의 적용가능성과 방법을 살피는데 목적이 있다. 현 정부는 문화를 통한 창조경제 시대를 선도하며 문화융성을 앞당김으로서 국민 모두가 ‘문화가 있는 삶’을 누릴 수 있도록 하고 대한민국의 위상과 역할을 확립하고 있다. 또한 문화예술기관들도 정부정책에 부응하기 위해 문화의 다양성을 추구하고 있다. 이는 공연예술시장에 있어 희망의 청신호로 큰 변화가 예측된다. 본 연구자는 국내 국립중앙극장에서 영국 국립극장이 제작한 NT Live 실황중계 공연을 접하게 된 국내 관객들의 반응을 보면서 NT Live 제공방식에 대한 공연예술시장 패러다임의 변화를 읽을 수 있었다. 본 연구의 문헌연구를 위한 이론적 고찰로서 국립중앙극장의 개관 및 국립중앙극장의 레퍼토리를 살펴보고, 영국 국립극장의 개관 및 영국 국립극장의 NT Live의 사례를 분석, 국내 예술의전당의 개관 및 예술의전당 SAC ON SCREEN의 사례를 연구하였다. 이를 바탕으로 연구 설계에서 실증분석을 위한 연구모형을 설정하고, 설문조사 대상의 선정과 측정항목을 41개 문항으로 구성한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사를 통한 실증분석의 주된 목적은 NT Live에 대한 적극적 수요자인 관객을 대상으로 관람자의 전반적인 관람 실태 및 관람 동향을 파악하여 대안콘텐츠로서의 NT Live 의 도입가능성을 확인해 보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 설문은 국내 국립중앙극장 해오름극장에서 2016년 2월 24일 오후 3시에 상영된 영국 국립극장이 제작한 ‘햄릿’공연의 NT Live 프로그램 공연관람자 350명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국립극장 대안콘텐츠 NT Live와 공연만족도 및 충성도간 상관관계를 분석한 결과 대안콘텐츠 NT Live의 하위요인별 공연요소, 환경요소가 만족도 및 충성도간의 통계적으로 유의미한 정(/)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대안콘텐츠 NT Live 공연관람 결정요인은 연령은 20대 이상, 학력은 대재(졸)이상, 하위요인별로 작품과 연출자 및 제작사, 호기심 순으로 나타나 정의 상관관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. NT Live 인지경로는 관람결정요인의 하위요인별로 호기심과 추천에 대해 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타남을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 국립중앙극장 NT Live 도입관련 신뢰도 및 의견에서는‘도입이 필요하다’, ‘도입 시 관람의향에서 관람하겠다’,‘도입 시 친밀감’ 등에서 전체 평균 70%이상의 의견이 나타났다. 또한 국립극장 NT Live 도입관련 타당성 및 신뢰도 검증에서 상관관계를 보였으며 상호 정(/)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 위의 사례분석과 실증분석을 토대로 보았을 때 국립중앙극장은 대안콘텐츠 NT Live의 도입에 무리가 없어 보이며, 도입을 위한 적극적인 모니터링이 오히려 필요한 시점으로 보인다. 그러나 NT Live 실황공연이 국내 관객에게 미치는 영향이나 요인에 대한 연구는 아직까지 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 국립중앙극장은 영국 국립극장의 NT Live를 선보이는데서 끝나서는 안되며, 직접적인 제작방식을 도입해서 국내 관객들에게 다가가고, 이를 통해 세계 여러 나라에 한국의 전통공연 콘텐츠를 소개하고 보급하는 창구로서의 플랫폼 역할을 기대해 볼 수 있다. 이 연구가 향후 국립중앙극장 정책수립에 미력하나마 도움이 되기를 기대해 본다. 또한 본 연구가 국내 공연시장 활성화에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것을 기대한다. 따라서 대안콘텐츠 NT Live 실황중계의 제공방식에 대하여 학계와 공연계의 지속적인 연구가 필요하며, 본 연구가 국내외 공연예술시장 트렌드 파악이나 새로운 수익모델을 개발하고 발전시킬 수 있는 자료가 되기를 기대한다. ，免费韩语论文，韩语论文 |
