In this , we use comparing learning to speak of actual, take comparative analysis method, from the Chinese and Korean two speak the similarities and differences between the fundamental usage to proceed sequentially from the aspects of structure, semantics and characteristics compared. This research on are learning Chinese deny the words of Han the quintessence of Chinese culture, plays a supervisory role, and desire to second language teaching contribution meager strength. A Korean speaking as a native speaker of the Chinese language beginners and control these differences, on subsequent learning Chinese will play to very big sponsorship. This will be of Chinese representative denied words "no" and "no" and Korean with representative denied that the word "", "" stop comparing.
