Abstract:

Speaking is the carrier of culture. The diet culture is the main part of the Chinese nation civilization, one of the reaction of speaking is a lot of cooking and diet civilization coherent words. Because among people of different countries and different ethnic food culture differences, so talking about cooking words said the situation is not the same. Their left his departure from China, in the process of normal life and learning Chinese will come into contact with the Chinese diet culture, thus to Chinese cooking civilization and cooking methods of interest, and to study the cooking and coherent words. But because the students affected by the negative migration, often cannot accurately apply Chinese cooking words, although the diet culture foreign language teaching research more, but not to study cooking teaching with words, based on this situation, the author through literature search and analysis method and other research summed up way, and from the previous studies, from the way of cooking food culture among perspective of "Chinese vocabulary" degree thesis included within the frequently used cooking verbs, and from the angle of Chinese and foreign cultural differences comparing cooking verbs in meaning and usage and other aspects of the frequent use of Chinese and English and Chinese and Korean in. The cooking verbs in Chinese as a foreign language teaching put forward in response to the proposal and strategy, and design out of the classroom to carry out our plan, trying to may be useful to sponsor foreign students understand Chinese often use cooking verbs, further to arrive at a familiar understand the goal of Chinese civilization.
