As one of the practice of DBAE, this study is about the formulation of comprehensive teaching plan for art terminology. Art terms are interdisciplinary elements in art education. This study was carried out to focus in configurations of the order to fit the level of student's learning.
In Korea, the terms of art education is very complicated. In secondary education, Sino-Korean and foreign languages(English, French & etc.) account for most of the art terminology. So, If presented art terms in a timely manner in accordance with the level of curriculum of the other subjects, the art terms will become easier for students. If the material used in art education may be associate with other subjects, the students feel they are more interesting. And students can adapt a comprehensive to themselves. These effects can raise students' enthusiasm for learning to conceptualize themselves. And it helps develop the ability to adapt. This is an important element for enhancing creativity.
At first, in the middle and high school art text book, all of the extracted art terms are listed the normal screening, according to categories in art education. And the extracted list of art terms were analyzed and were classified by considering the relationship between different subjects(English, Science, History, Technology & Home Economics). This classified art terms are applied at some appropriate points in each year, and 'Year Plan of Art Terms' is developed. And this study has written the guides of art classes through the year plans.
