글로벌화와 더불어 국제사회의 다양한 정보와 문화교류의 필요성이 하루가 다르게 높아지고 있는 가운데, 번역은 서로 다른 언어·문화권의 의사소통을 가능하게 하는 수단으로 나날이 중요해지고 있다. 그러나 번역은 단순한 언어 전환이 아니라 문화 전이의 차원에서 다루어야 한다. 언어가 문화를 반영하고 있기 때문이기도 하지만 번역 활동 과정에서, 또 그 후에도 문화 요소들의 영향을 받기 때문이다. 원천언어 문화와 목표언어 문화, 그리고 번역자의 문화는 모두 번역에 영향을 제치는 요소들이다.
본고에서는 실제 문학 텍스트와 번역본의 비교 분석을 통해 한·중·일 3국의 번역문화 차이를 알아보고, 각 나라의 사회문화, 정치 등 요소가 번역작업에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 알아보았다.
1장에서는 구체적 예를 통해 한·중·일 3국의 문화차이가 있는 것을 제기하였다. 그리고 작품『한없이 투명에 가까운 블루(限りなく透明に近いブルー)』를 연구대상으로 뽑힌 이유도 언급하였다.
2장에서는 지금까지 한·중·일 3국에 무라카미 류(村上龍)의 작품 번역상황에 대한 조사결과를 제시하였다.
3장에서는 번역 작업에 영향을 미쳐주는 한·중·일 3국의 사회문화와 정치를 비교하여 분석하였다. 이 부분은 2단계로 나뉘는데, 1단계는 작품『한없이 투명에 가까운 블루(限りなく透明に近いブルー)』의 배경인 1970년대, 당시 한 · 중 · 일 3국의정치와 사회문화를 살펴보고, 2단계는 1980년대부터 지금까지 3개국에서 나타난 사회적 정치적 변화에 대해 검토하였다.
4장에서는 실제 텍스트『한없이 투명에 가까운 블루』의 일본어 원본과 한국어 번역본, 그리고 중국어 번역본을 비교해서 번역본 중에 나타난 문제점을 제기하였다. 이 부분은 크게 두 절로 나뉜다. 1절에서는 고유명사의 번역을 중심으로 분석하였다. 여기서 집중적으로 살펴본 것은 한·중·일 3국의 외래어 표기법이었다. 3국의 외래어 표기법은 각 나라의 번역규칙, 오랜 경험 등에 따라서 형성된 것을 알 수 있다. 2절에서는 한국어와 중국어 번역본에 나타난 변형문제를 검토하였다. 이 점 또한 각 나라의 사회문화, 그리고 정치 등이 영향을 많이 준 것으로 사료된다.
5장에서는 한 · 중 · 일 3국의 번역문화의 차이에 대해 알아보았다. 우선, “번역문화의 차이”를 알기 위해 각 나라가 “번역문화”에 대한 이해를 알아보았다. “번역문화”라는 것을 정확하게 정의를 내리지는 못 하지만, 여러 뜻을 정라하면 번역문화는 오랜 번역의 역사 속에서 축적되고 새롭게 탄생해 온 한 사회적이고 전략적인 인식으로 볼 수 있다. 그리고 한 · 중 · 일 3국 각자의 번역문화 발전사의 비교 분석을 통해 3국의 차이를 알아보았다. 일본은 “외국 문명에 접하면 그것을 바로 역사적 문맥 속에 두고 버려는 경향”을 가지고 있기 때문에 번역할 때 바로 상대방의 문화를 유입할 수 있다. 중국은 하늘의 이치를 꿰뚫는 자기들 형식과 내용에 맞추어 변형시키는 타입이다. 또는 한국은 일본, 중국과 달리 어느 것도 제대로 해 본 경험이 없다는 사실이 한국에 근대 번역사의 대체적 내용이다.
한 · 중 · 일 3국의 번역문화에 있어 각 나라의 사회문화, 정치적 측면의 중요성은 이론상으로 뿐만 아니라, 실제 번역사례를 통해서 확실하게 밝혔다.

Together with globalization, the informations of international community and cultural communication have become increasingly important. Therefore, the translation as a means of communication between the different languages and cultural circles become more and more demand. However, the translation is not merely a language translation, it should be up to the level of cultural transfer. Because in the process of translation and after translation, it will be affected by cultural factors.
The purpose of this study is to find out the differences of translation culture among Korea, China and Japan. Then on this basis, learn more about social, cultural, political and other factors will bring what kind of impacts to translation.
In chapter1, I proposed the cultural differences among Korea, China and Japan with specific examples. And mentioned the reasons for selecting the work <Almost Transparent Blue>.
In chapter2, I raised the survey results for the translation of the works by Murakami Ryu in Korea, China and Japan.
And in chapter3, I compared the social, cultural and political of the three countries which bring impacts to translation. In this part, it is divided into two phases. The first one, the social, cultural and political in 70s of last century. The second one, the social, cultural and political of the three countries from 80's of last century to the present.
In chapter4, l compared the work <Almost Transparent Blue>'s three different versions-Japanese version, Korean version and Chinese version. Then found out the differences among the three versions, and explained why three versions had different places.
Finally, in chapter5, l compared the translation culture in Korea, China and Japan with the beginning of explaining the means of translation culture. And I found the answer about the differences of translation culture in three countries was from the different translation of the history in Japan, Korea and China.
The translation is not merely a language translation, it will be affected by cultural factors. So when we do the translation, we need to take into account various factors which bring impacts to the translation.
