The purpose of this was to study the real feelings of Chinese consumers on food safety, and explore the factors which affect Chinese consumers' coenesthesia about Chinese food safety. In addition, based on the result of the study, the consumer policies ensuring Chinese food safety and implications of consumer education were suggested. In order to reach the purpose of this study, 600 consumers over 18 years old, who were living in China, were selected, and students were not included in our survey since their food consumption purchase chance was limited. The questionnaire survey was conducted from September 25th to October10th, 2016. The main results were as follows. Firstly, Chinese consumers’ overall coenesthesia for domestic food safety was 2.77 out of 5-score Likert Scale, which meant below so-so level. This result implies that Chinese consumers are worrying about domestic food safety. Secondly, about Chinese domestic food, the levels of food safety coenesthesia according to food harm components showed the range from 2.06 to 2.60 of 5-score Likert Scale for pesticide residues, antibiotic residues, toxins, health problems, GMO, containers and packages. This results means that it is a little higher than “worry” level(2). Thirdly, about Chinese domestic food, the levels of food safety coenesthesia according to food types showed the range from 2.18 for baby food (milk, baby food supplement etc.), to 2.68 for raw fruits and vegetables. These results showed that food safety coenesthesia level was found to be“not safe”in general. Fourthly, about Chinese domestic food, the Chinese consumers’ reliability of food levels was showed the ranges 2.77~2.96 out of 5 points scale, which was much lower than the score of imported food. Fifthly, the survey result about factors affecting Chinese consumers’ general coenesthesia about domestic food safety showed that age, monthly average income, number of children, age of the youngest child and concern level of mass media information about food safety have significant effects on it. Sixthly, Chinese consumers were pursuing for food safety by buying imported or high-price products. It means Chinese consumers are not particularly keen on this choice. The above results showed that Chinese consumers had relatively low coenesthesia about domestic food safety while having very high coenesthesia about imported food safety. ,韩语论文题目,韩语论文题目 |
