본 연구는 〈비정상회담〉을 중심으로 예능 프로그램을 활용한 한국 문화 교육 방안을 모색해 보고자 한다. 이 연구를 통해서 효과적인 한국문화 교육을 위한 문화 교육의 중요한 역할을 강... 본 연구는 〈비정상회담〉을 중심으로 예능 프로그램을 활용한 한국 문화 교육 방안을 모색해 보고자 한다. 이 연구를 통해서 효과적인 한국문화 교육을 위한 문화 교육의 중요한 역할을 강조하며 실제적인 도구로 예능 프로그램을 활용하여 효과적인 교육 방안을 제시하는데 목적을 둔다. 한국어 교육계에서는 문화 교육의 중요성을 인식하고 다양한 문화 교육 자료를 끊임없이 개발하고 있다. 이런 교육 배경에서 다양한 도구를 이용한 문화 교육 방안들도 다루어지고 있다. 특히 영상매체의 발전으로 드라마, 영화 등 영상매체를 통한 문화 교육 방안에 대한 연구도 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그 중에서 예능 프로그램의 다양한 장르와 시청자들의 시선을 끌어갈 수 있는 주제들은 문화 교육의 좋은 교육 도구로 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 <비정상회담>을 활용하여 한국문화 교육의 실제와 특징, 선정 기준, 교육 방법 그리고 발전 방향 등을 살펴볼 것이다. 그리고 예능 프로그램을 활용한 한국문화 교육은 바람직한 의미를 강조하며 효율적인 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 구체적인 연구 결과를 정리하면 아래와 같다. 1장에서는 본 연구의 목적을 밝힌 후에 연구 방법과 한국문화 교육과 방송프로그램에 관련된 선행 연구를 검토해서 본 연구의 진행 방향을 살펴보았다. 2장에서는 이론적인 배경으로 우선 한국문화 교육 과정을 제시하며 한국어 교육 과정에서 문화를 어떻게 도입하는지 살펴보았다. 한국어 교육 과정을 몇 단계를 분류하는지 학자마다 의견이 다르다. 본 논문은 한국어 교육 과정에 대한 다양한 연구를 정리하여 하위문화영역으로서 문화의 도입을 제시하였다. 그리고 현재까지 많은 문화 교육 자료의 개발을 토대로 한국문화 교육 방법을 살펴보고자 한다. 예능 프로그램과 문화 교육의 관계와 예능 프로그램이 문화 교육에 대한 교육적인 가치와 필요성을 제시하였다. 우선은 예능 프로그램은 다른 영상매체보다 장르적인 특징을 살펴보고 예능 프로그램의 장점과 문화 교육 자료로서 중요한 가치를 설명하였다. 그리고 예능 프로그램과 문화의 도입의 연결성하고 어떻게 자연스럽게 이루어 되는지를 대해서 자세히 제시하였다. 3장에서는 한국 예능 프로그램 <비정상회담>을 대표적인 사례로 활용하여 한국문화 교육 방안을 탐색하였다. 먼저 <비정상회담>을 선정 기준을 제시하며 기준을 따라서 비슷한 주제별로 회차를 정리하였다. 이런 주제를 자세히 분서하여 이 프로그램을 선택한 이유와 어떤 한국문화를 포함하고 있는지 문화 교육에 대한 가치를 제시하였다. 그리고 문화 정보와 문화 행동, 문화와 언어 세 가지 항목으로 이 예능 프로그램을 어떻게 활용하는지 분석을 하였다. 4장은 결론으로서 연구의 내용을 요약하였다. 예능 프로그램을 활용한 한국문화 교육이 한국어 교육계에 미치는 긍정적인 의미와 더불어 앞으로의 발전 방향과 이 연구의 의미와 한계를 밝혔다. 본 연구는 외국인 학습자들을 위한 다양한 한국문화 교육 방안 중에서 예능 프로그램의 교육적인 가치를 살펴보고 이를 활용한 교수·학습 수업 방안을 제안했다는 데에 의미가 있다.

The study has been made to seek flexible use of variety programs for Korean culture education with a special focus on program 〈비정상회담〉 The purpose of the study is to reinforce the significance of culture education to efficient Korean culture education, and provide efficient education plan by utilizing the variety programs as a practical tool. The importance of culture education has been realized by Korean language educational circles, and there has been various and continuous development of culture education materials. In such background, there’re also culture education plans being developed by utilizing various tools. In particular, following the occurrence visual media, there has been vibrant research and study on culture education plan delivered by visual media. Among those various media, the variety program has been assumed as a good tool for culture education due to the feature that first it usually covers a variety of genres, and second it has a strong attraction to the audience and provides different topics for each single week. The thesis will mainly study the current status, features, selection criteria, education method and development trend of Korean culture education, by utilizing the case study of 〈비정상회담〉, and also by reinforcing the significance of Korean culture education with the variety program utilized, it provides efficient education plan. The detailed study content can be summarized as follows: In Chapter I, it indicates the purpose and research methods of the study, and introduces the prior study related to Korean culture education and broadcast program, as well as the progress direction of the study. In Chapter II, in terms of theory background, it first presents the development process of Korean culture education, and then how culture content has been introduced in the process of Korean language education. Regarding how many stages existing in Korean culture education, different scholars hold different opinions. In this study, it has sorted out different researches on Korean culture education, and explains culture introduction in subculture area. In addition, thanks to the foundation of various materials on culture education, it makes an overview on Korean culture education methods. Following that, it presents the relations between variety program and culture education, and educational value and necessity of the variety program to the culture education. Firstly, it examines the specific features of variety program comparing to other visual media, and explains the advantage and significant value of variety program as the culture education material. It also discusses how to naturally bridge and realize the connection between variety program and introduction of culture. In Chapter III, it makes a research on Korean culture education methods by 〈비정상회담〉 among all the other Korean variety programs as a representative. It first explains the selection criteria of 〈비정상회담〉, and further sorts out the series in terms of topic. By such detailed analysis on the topics, it provides reasons for the program selection, correspondent Korean culture contained by each topic, as well as their value to culture education. Referring to how to fully utilize this variety program, it also makes an analysis in terms of the following three items: cultural information, cultural behavior, and culture and language. In Chapter IV, it makes a summary of the study content as conclusion. It indicates the significance and limitations of the study: the importance and future direction of Korean language education field on Korean culture education by utilizing variety programs. The study indicates the educational value of variety program among various Korean culture education methods for foreign students learning Korean language.
