The research investigates the Korean traditional culture understanding and the relationship between the acquisition of Korean through statistical analysis. According to the Korean traditional culture studying and the traditional Korean cultural experience activity, the traditional culture of Korea and Korean acquisition was comprehended deeply and the influence and the relationship between linguistic and non-linguistic was obtained. The research puts forward three hypotheses that are as follows: Hypothesis 1. The comprehension of Korean Traditional Culture influence the study of Korean acquisition. Hypothesis 2. The comprehension of Korean Traditional Culture influence the linguistic Korean acquisition. Hypothesis 3. the comprehension Korean Traditional Culture influence the non-linguistic Korean acquisition . The research focuses on the relationship between the comprehension of Korean traditional culture and the Korean acquisition through Korean traditional culture learning and traditional Korean cultural experience activity. In the study of Korean traditional culture, the control group with 30 students from the International language institute of H university (10 students in every group of primary, intermediate and advanced students) were taught with the course without Korean traditional culture course while the experimental group with 30 students from the International language institute of K university International language institute(10 studensts in every group of primary, intermediate and advanced) were taught with Korean traditional culture course Comparison result of the data before and after the testing of between the control group and experimental group are carried out by using SPSS / for windows 19.0 program to find out the effect of the comprehension of Korean Traditional Culture on the Korean acquisition. In the study of experience of traditional culture, the experimental group with 20 students from the International language institute of K university experienced the Korean traditional culture, while the control group with 20 students from International language institute of C university are treated without Korean traditional culture. To find out the effect of Korean Traditional Culture on the Korean acquisition, the data of control group and experimental group before and after the test are analyzed, respectively. According to the test of Korean traditional culture learning and traditional Korean cultural experience, the results are as follows: Firstly, according to the comparison between the control group and the experimental group in the hypotheses of Korean Traditional Culture, positive effect was observed in primary, intermediate and advanced vocabulary, grammar, listening, speaking, reading and writing of Korean language studying The hypothesis 2 that the comprehension of Korea culture influence the Korean language studying in primary, intermediate and advanded stages is applicable. Secondly, according to comparison of Korea Traditional culture learning between control and experimental group,, the effect on the motivation of Korean primary, intermediate and advanced stage is not significant and the effect on the attitude is positive. Hypothesis 3 that the comprehension of Korean Traditional Culture effect non-linguistic Korean acquisition is established. Because of the establishment of hypothesis 2 and 3,hypothesis 1 of “Comprehension of Korean Traditional Culture effect the Korean acquisition” is established. Thirdly, according to the study on Korea Traditional culture experience based on linear-regression analysis of experimental group, the result shows that the comprehension of the Korean Traditional Culture has a positive effect on vocabulary, grammar and writing, but the effect on listening, speaking and reading is unsignificant. Hypothesis 2 that comprehension of Korean Traditional Culture on linguistic Korean acquisition is established. Fourthly, according to the study on Korea Traditional culture experience through linear-regression analysis of experimental group, the comprehension of the traditional Korean culture has a positive effect on students' attitudes and motivation, which means that Hypothesis 3 that comprehension of Korean Traditional Culture influence the non-linguistic Korean acquisition is established. Hypothesis 1 that comprehension of Korean Traditional Culture has effect on Korean acquisition is established because of the establishment of hypothesis 2 and hypothesis 3.
