The purpose of this study is to be of actual help to learners of the Korean language by editing clips from Korean soap operas since the Korean wave is currently sweeping a lot of countries around the world and to seek for an education plan utilizing soap operas with an aim of improving the speaking ability of intermediate-level Korean learners. In chapter 1, the introduction discusses the necessity, scope and method of this study and previous studies. So far, many of the studies on Korean language education using soap operas have covered cultural aspects and integrated the Korean language. However, there are still not many of them dealing with how to improve speaking ability using soap operas. Also, there are more studies available on Korean language education using standard soap operas than those using specific scenes of soap operas. There are advantages and disadvantages of utilizing soap operas or specific scenes of them but this study intends to examine an education plan for improving speaking ability using a part of soap opera. Chapter 2 presents the concept of communication from a theoretical perspective, followed by the discussion of the importance of speaking among the four Korean language skills and presentation of the goal, principle and method of speaking. In relation to designing a model for speaking classes using soap operas, I've presented the discussion on speaking referring to the goal and method of speaking. Chapter 3 provides assignments for educating intermediate-level learners on speaking, discusses the definition of speaking assignments and in what format they are expressed and presents the current situation of speaking education actually provided to intermediate-level learners by analyzing the speaking textbooks used in Seogang and Yonseo University. Also, the chapter presents the concept of soap operas as educational materials for intermediate-level speaking education and their features, educational importance and effect and the criteria for selecting them. In chapter 4, after examining a model for classes using mass media, I have designed a model for classes covered in this study. The model designed consists of a total of six stages and I've given an explanation on how to carry out each stage. Prior to preparation of class guidelines utilizing parts of sopa operas selected based on the designed model, I prepared guildelines again explaining how to teach in speaking classes by giving examples of things to be careful of in developing speaking education. After preparing the guidelines, I also prepared educational materials necessary for speaking classes. The purpose of this study originates from my question of how to develop a more efficient, easier and fun way to provide Korean language education to its learners in this era when Korean language education is drawing more and more attention from around the world. Also, even if a learner can write well, read and comprehend well in class and well understand what others say, if he cannot speak well enough, he lacks the most important ability among the four language skills and can be said to be very clumsy in his communication ability. So, I presented the importance of speaking. Following this, I selected soap operas which were not too difficult or too easy for intermediate-level learners to study and presented types of speaking assignments for intermediate-level speaking classes. Lastly, I designed a class model and prepared guidelines referring to things to be taken into account for a desirable direction of speaking education development. A class model free from the old style of strict education and based on which teachers can teach and learners can learn easily and with fun is more urgently required now than any other time. l hope and expect that more and more studies can be conducted not only on speaking education but korea language education as well both is korea and china.
본 연구는 “한류” 열풍이 지속되는 상황에서 한국 드라마에 나오는 영상을 편집해서 실제 교육 현장에서 활용함으로써 학습자의 말하기 능력을 키울 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 데에 연구... 본 연구는 “한류” 열풍이 지속되는 상황에서 한국 드라마에 나오는 영상을 편집해서 실제 교육 현장에서 활용함으로써 학습자의 말하기 능력을 키울 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 데에 연구의 목적을 둔다. 최근까지 드라마를 활용한 한국어 교육에 관련된 연구들은 문화 교육 목적의 연구와 한국어와 한국 문화의 통합 교육을 위한 연구들이 주를 이뤘다. 말하기 교육과 관련하여 드라마를 활용한 연구는 그리 많지 않다. 또한 기존에 있는 드라마를 활용한 한국어 교육 연구는 주로 드라마 장면을 어떻게 활용하는지에 대한 연구인데 본 연구에서는 드라마 장면을 활용하여 학습자의 말하기 능력을 키우는 방안을 중점적으로 다루고자 한다. 제1장은 서론으로서 먼저 연구의 필요성, 연구 범위, 연구 방법, 선행연구들에 대해 논의하였다. 제2장은 배경으로서 의사소통의 개념을 먼저 제시하였다. 이어서 한국어 4가지 능력 중에서 말하기의 중요성을 논의하며 말하기의 목표, 원리와 방법을 제시하였다. 제3장에서는 중급 단계 학습자의 말하기 교육의 말하기 과제를 제시하며 말하기 과제의 정의, 어떠한 형식으로 표현되는지 논의하고 실제 국내 대학에서 사용하고 있는 말하기 교재를 분석하여 실제 중급 단계 학습자의 말하기 교육 현황을 제시하였다. 또한 중급 단계 말하기 교육 자료로서의 드라마의 개념을 제시하며 드라마의 특징, 드라마의 교육적 의의와 효과, 교육에서 활용된 드라마를 어떠한 기준으로 선정되는지에 대한 내용을 제시하였다. 제4장은 대중매체를 활용한 수업 모형을 살펴본 후에 본 연구의 수업모형을 설계하였다. 본 연구의 수업 모형은 학습자들에게 말을 할 기회를 많이 줄 수 있다는 데에 중점을 두고 학습자의 말하기 능력 향상을 위한 말하기 활동을 많이 설계하였다. 본 연구는 한국어 교육이 갈수록 더욱 주목을 받고 있는 시기에 한국어 교육이 어떻게 해야 더욱 효율적이고 학습자들이 쉽고 재미있게 받아들일 수 있는지에 대한 고민을 가지고 출발하였다. 또한 한국어 교육의 4가지 능력 중에서 말을 할 수 없으면 의사소통이 불가능하다는 점에서 말하기의 중요성에 관심을 갖고 드라마를 어떻게 활용할지를 고민하였다. 이어서 중급 학습자들의 학습 단계에 맞는 드라마를 선정하여 중급 단계 말하기 수업의 말하기 과제와 유형을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 말하기 교육 발전 방향을 참고하면서 수업모형을 설계하고 지도안을 작성하였다. 학습자가 쉽고 재미있게 한국어를 배울 수 있는 수업 모형이 어느 때 보다 더욱 중요하다. 드라마는 이에 큰 도움을 줄 수 있는 자료로서 중국인 학습자의 한국어 학습에 유용하게 활용되기를 기대한다. ，韩语论文，韩语论文题目 |
