In order to accomplish this purpose, open survey was conducted on 287 Chinese national Olympic athletes. From this survey, gathered raw data was categorized as detailed area based on similarity, and again detailed area was inductively categorized as general data. After categorizing data inductively, the research result indicated that there were 4 factors which effect sport slump; (technical, physical, psychological, and environmental). Based on these 4 factors, pre-survey was conducted on 184 college athletes from K-University in D-metropolitan. To find out the concept of sport slump, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was conducted. Through this EFA, the data was organized with 4 factors as well. From these 4 factors, confirmatory factor and reliability analysis was conducted to confirm organizational-fusion.
