This study was studied the center of original scenario watching the Korean original sound and showing the caption of China which written by KIM-YOUNG-HYUN, <DaeJangGeum> 1st~54TH on Chinese Mangguo TV. Because there are a number of errors in Chinese subtitle, viewers don't understand the original meaning as well as distort the facts. The translation of the drama between Korea and China hopes that to smooth also Korea learner is expected to study the Korea culture and providing the informative learning materials and to rectify the error of vocabulary translation and to classify the type of error rectify the misconceptions about Korea Culture also targeting the Chinese Learner aware of the need to conduct The Korean vocabulary training. It aims to study the education plan of more effective vocabulary.
The structure of this thesis is as follows:
Chapter One: The purpose of the study and subject of study and study methods and introduced the advanced research.
Chapter Two: Look at the translation of concepts and prerequisites required for the good translation, Korea and China have similarities in cultuer There are many aspects to the nearest neighbor but There are many differences in Vocabulary terms and Grammar aspects. When translating the Korean and Chinese, I checked the parts which particular cation. also in the Korean language education, I checked the concept of Korean education and theoretical background related Korean vocabulary education theoretical background.
Chapter Three: This thesis suggested an error in translation for example ‘Royal title’ and ‘Items name’ and ‘Colloquial expression’ Korea and China expressed differences of vocabulary, Chinese translation of the sound of SinoKorean characters, Those of Chinese translation of the native tongue, name of food, Slang·Idioms in Translation of <DaeJangGeum> .
Chapter Four: On the basis of the 4 words mistake, I suggest specific method of teaching and leaning of the Korean food words for chinese learner. Also I make a practical teaching and leaning guide plan in order to understand and use the korean food and stuff words.
Because of not only difference of linguistic and semantic between Korean and Chinese but also absence of proper translated words, there are lots of trouble to translate directly. Also typological difference and lack of understanding the main reasons that cause mistranslation. So I think that culture education is no less important than basic word education for proper translation.
In the end, I hope I can offer some help to improve the translation between Korea and China. Besides, I hope the information in this thesis can be used as learning materials for learners of Korean and Chinese.
