Abstract
The network politics participation mainly refers to all the behaviors in the network time by using of cyberspace, of talking the realistic social politics system as its goal while the citizen's taking the network as the carrier by using of the network. Especially refers to a series of politics participation activities by using of the cyberspace, such as the network dialogue, the network election and discussion, the political contact as well as the network political activity with the political parties and the politicians with the government. The scholars home and abroad have the certain extent research in the field of network politics participation, and have the certain amount of publications. The network politics participation is one form of democratic politics. Compared with the traditional political way, the network politics participation improves the ways and the methods for citizen's politics participation, enhances the political participation interest and ability. It is advantageous in the political context surveillance, thus promote the political socialization advancement.

중국의 정보통신기술의 발전은 사회운동에 새로운 전기를 가져오고 있다. 그 대표적인 예가 개방·공유·참여의 특징을 갖는 인터넷의 기술적 환경과 샤먼시 파라자일렌(PX) 반대 시위의 결합이다. 본 연구는 인터넷을 기반으로 한 인터넷의 기술적 특징을 바탕으로, 샤먼시 파라자일렌(PX) 반대 시위로 표출된 사회운동 양식이 기존의 전통적인 사회운동과 차별성을 가지는지에 주목하고, 온라인과 오프라인의 상호작용을 통해 전개되는 새로운 방식의 사회운동의 특징과 그것이 갖는 사회운동론적 함의를 규명해 보고자 했다. 이를 위해 샤먼시 파라자일렌(PX) 반대 시위를 중심으로 기존 인터넷 정치참여에 대한 논의들, 중국 인터넷 정치참여를 검토하였다. 그리고 샤먼시 파라자일렌(PX) 반대 시위의 출현, 과정의 요소, 시위의 결과의 전 과정 속에서 온라인과 오프라인 상호작용을 검토하였다. 한편 이와 같은 온라인과 오프라인 상호작용의 매커니즘에 의해 전개된 샤먼시 파라자일렌(PX) 반대 시위는 다음과 특징을 발휘하였다. 첫째, 운동주체의 변화를 가져왔다. 둘째, 소통방식의 변화를 가져왔다. 마지막으로 운동방식의 변화를 가져왔다. 샤먼시 파라자일렌(PX) 반대 시위는 온라인과 오프라인의 상호작용에 의해 운동의 안정성과 지속성을 확보하였다. 향후 중국사회에서의 사회운동은 온라인과 오프라인의 상호작용이 더욱더 활발해질 것으로 기대됨에 따라, 샤먼시 파라자일렌(PX) 반대 시위가 갖는 사회운동론적 의미를 규명하는 것은 중요하다 할 수 있다. 샤먼시 파라자일렌(PX) 반대 시위는 긍정적으로 발전해나갈 수 있는 무한한 가능성이 있음을 시사한다.
