The economic crisis in 2008 brought great negative impacts to the existence of enterprises. Especially the Chinese enterprises of the service industries like foreign trade, logistics had to suffer more under the current Chinese economic development model which relies on the export and manufacturing to a large extent. With the growth of the national economy, Chinese service industry has made rapid development. Service industries’ revenue is account for a large proportion of all revenue. In such circumstances, the quality of the service industry employment system has great influence on the service industry. Flexible working is a kind of employment system, more and more people like it. Through the investigation on the operation status of three enterprises among the service industry with the flexible working system, to understand whether it plays a positive role on the development of the service industry. |
