본 연구에서는 직무요구의 차원들이 직무소진에 미치는 영향 및 직무요구와 직무소진이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향, 그리고 성별의 조절효과를 알아보고자 한다. 직무요구에는 역할모호성, 역할갈등, 역할과부하가 포함되고, 직무소진에는 정서고갈, 직무이탈감이 포함되며, 조직몰입에는 규범적 몰입, 계속적 몰입, 정서적 몰입이 포함된다. 조절변수로는 성별을 사용하였다.
