Learning from the national bourgeoisie and the operation of regional enterprises, I make a thorough study on the relationship between entrepreneurship and company result. In order to make more completely and various research, two more elements are added which are organization structure and organizational justice.
Under the historical background of stressing agriculture and restraining commerce, the commercial activities started very late in China. After the first Opium War,the national bourgeoisie began to grow rapidly. Back in 1978, reform and opening was operated. After thirty years development, till 2011,China has successfully developed to the second most powerful economic country only next to USA. In 2012, there are 69 Chinese companies enter the Fortune 500 companies while just nine in 2000. But more and more issues results from the rapid developing economics.
Enterprises play a leading role in the development of the country. There would be no national economic ability without enterprises development, let alone the rising of national living standards. Enterprises play a very important role in the whole country, while entrepreneurs play a very important role in enterprises, and entrepreneurship plays a very important role in enterprises. So it’s very necessary to make a intensive study on entrepreneurship.
This makes a study on entrepreneurship, company result, organization structure and organizational justice and their relationship to each other. The results of the studies are listed as follows:
