이주노동자들의 문화적응 스트레스를 최소화하고 한국 생활 적응을 돕기 위
한 방법으로 한국의 생활 문화교육 방안을 제시하기 위해 본고에서는 다음과
같은 과정으로 연구를 진행하였다.
먼저 1장에서는 이주노동자의 문화적응 스트레스 해소를 위한 생활문화 교육
방안의 목적과 필요성을 밝히고 연구 방법을 제시하였다. 또한, 이주 노동자의
문화적응 스트레스 및 생활문화 교육과 관련된 선행 연구를 살펴보았다.
2장에서는 문화적응 개념과 문화적응 스트레스의 개념을 알아보고 언어교육
에서의 문화교육의 필요성과 이론적 배경에 대해 알아보았다.
3장에서는 이주노동자를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 바탕으로 이주노동자의 문
화적응 스트레스의 변인을 분석하고 선호하는 문화수업의 항목과 문화수업 형
식에 대해 살펴보았다.
4장에서는 이주노동자의 변인별 문화적응 스트레스의 구성요인과 수준을 알
아보고 문화적응 스트레스 수준 결과를 분석해 보았다.
5장에서는 이주노동자의 문화교육의 필요성과 이주노동자들이 선호하는 한국
문화교육 교수방법 및 선호하는 문화항목을 설문조사를 통해 살펴보았다. 그리
고 학습자의 요구와 교재의 생활문화항목 및 문화요소의 일치하는 정도를 알아
보기 위하여 이주노동자를 위한 한국어 교재를(아자 아자 한국어, 재미있는 한
국어, Korean language for a good job) 분석하였다. 그리고 이를 바탕으로 이
주노동자를 위한 생활문화 교육 방안을 마련하였다.
6장에서는 결론을 통하여 본 연구의 의의와 제한점을 알아보고 후속연구를
위한 제언을 하였다.

Chapter 2 notes the definitions of cultural adjustment and of
cultural adjustment stress and theoretical background of relevent
studies.
Chapter 3 analyzes the causes of immigrant workers' stress and the
preferable methods of class that teaches Korean culture. It is analyzed
through scrutinizing the surveys conducted to immigrant workers in
Seoul, South Korea in 2014.
Chapter 4, furthermore, specifically analyzes the separtate factors for
stress and the level of the stress.
Chapter 5 notes the materials and topics that immigrant workers
want to learn in class and examines whether existing Korean
textbooks for immigrant workers contain such necessary materials.
Based on this analysis, it provides appropriate materials and ways to
teach Korean culture and lifestyle. Chapter 6 acknowledges
the value and limits of this study as well as the advices for later
study.
