중국과 한국은 이웃나라로서 수천 년 동안 긴밀한 문화교류를 유지해 왔다. 중국 문화는 한국의 전통과 문화뿐만 아니라 사상, 풍습, 예술, 음식 등 여러 분야에 큰 영향을 끼쳤다. 그러므로 한국 속담에서는 수많은 중국의 인물을 수용하고 있다. 그러나 한·중 양국은 문화와 민중들의 의식구조에 차이가 존재하고 있기 때문에 속담에서 이러한 고유인물을 수용하는 방법도 다르다.
본고는 한·중 속담에서 반영하는『삼국지연의』의 일곱 고유인물들의 양상을 검토하고 비교 고찰하는 것을 통해서 중국인 한국어 학습자와 한국인과 교류하는 사람들에게 한국어 문화를 이해시키려고 하는 것이다. 중국과 한국 속담에 주로 반영되고 있는『삼국지연의』의 인물을 살펴보기 위하여, 제2장에서 중국과 한국 속담에 반영되고 있는『삼국지연의』의 인물들은『삼국지』와『삼국지연의』에서 어떻게 반영되는지 그 양상을 검토해보고 살펴보았다.
제3장의 내용은 세 부분으로 나누어져 있다. 제1절에서는『삼국지연의』의 고유인물들을 반영하고 있는 중국 속담을 분석하여 이러한 인물들이 중국 속담에서 어떻게 반영되어 있는지와 그 긍·부정적인 양상과 내용을 고찰하였다. 제2절에서는 한국 속담을 분석하여, 한국 속담에 반영된『삼국지연의』 인물들의 긍·부정적인 양상과 내용을 고찰하였다.『삼국지연의』의 고유인물들을 반영하고 있는 한·중 속담의 분석을 통해 이러한 고유인물들의 특징은 속담에서 중요한 역할이 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 제3절에서는 한·중 속담에서 반영된『삼국지연의』의 인물들의 양상을 비교하여 공통점과 차이점을 제시하였다. 한·중 속담에 반영된『삼국지연의』인물들의 공통점과 차이점의 비교 결과를 통해 한국과 중국 사람들이 의식구조가 다르기 때문에 이런 역사 인물의 인식에 대해 차이가 존재하고 있다는 결론을 내릴 수 있다. 제 4장에서는 『삼국지연의』인물을 반영한 속담은 한국어 교육적 측면의 활용과 사회적 측면의 활용을 고찰하였다.
본고는 한·중 속담에 반영된『삼국지연의』고유인물의 양상을 분석과 비교를 통해 양국 속담에 반영된 이러한 고유인물의 공통점과 차이점을 알아볼 수 있었으며, 이러한 차이점을 통해 양국 사이에 기본적인 문화차이를 존재하고 있기 때문에 중국 사람들과 한국 사람들의 의식구조가 다른 것을 분명히 알 수 있다. 또한 한·중 속담에 나타난『삼국지연의』고유인물들을 비교하고 이러한 인물들이 중국 사람들과 한국 사람들의 생각에서 반영이 다르게 되는 것을 이해하다면 중국인 한국어 학습자들이 한국어를 이해하는데 훨씬 도움을 많이 될 것이다. 그리고『삼국지연의』고유인물들을 수용하는 속담의 사회적 활용은 중요한 의의가 있는 것을 밝힐 수 있다.

China maintains a good relationship with ROK for thousands of years, not only from the geographical point of view but also because the culture exchange. The communication with China are significantly impact on the local culture, especially the way of people thought, customs, arts, traditions and so on. Concerning about the cultural interchange, there are many Chinese characters involved in Korean proverbs. However, it is acceptable if any difference exists due to the diversity of culture and background between China and ROK. This analyzed the influences of seven characters from 『Romance of Three Kingdoms』 at Korean proverbs; besides, study the variations of proverbs that come from different countries are able to improve understanding about local culture.
In the second chapter of this , has detail discussed the influence of 『Romance of Three Kingdoms』 at Korean proverbs, in order to improve understanding of core character that being using the most in proverbs. Moreover, this is analyzed from the angle of 『History of Three Kingdoms』 and compare with the 『Romance of Three Kingdoms』 which provides different view of each character. There are three section includes in the third chapter. First section has analyzes the Chinese proverbs which reflect character of 『Romance of Three Kingdoms』 and compares the positive and negative image of specific characters that has perform in Chinese proverbs. The second section, on the other hand, it provide the discussion about Korean proverbs that contains 『Romance of Three Kingdoms』. According to the analyzing of both proverbs from Chinese and Korean that’s related with 『Romance of Three Kingdoms』, shows that the understanding for specific characteristics of particular character held a high level of significance. The ways people understand the story will various due to the differentiation of culture and background. Thus, the third section will detail compares different characters from 『Romance of Three Kingdoms』 and expresses the point of similarity and diversity as result.
The flexibility use of proverbs which related to 『Romance of Three Kingdoms』 among the level of Korean language education and level of society was confirmed in the last chapter.
This trends to provide the similarity and diversity between the characters of 『Romance of Three Kingdoms』 from China and ROK. The culture difference will various the way people act which generate the different understanding of characters and create difference proverbs. Therefore, it requires a high level of flexibility not just in daily use and especially for education purpose on the basis of understanding; besides, a proverb is useful method for people who want to start their journey of learning Korean as long as they are fully understand the meaning.
