이 논문의 주제는 『辨證錄』 중 「卷之十二」에 대한 연구이다. 『辨證錄』 은 淸 나라 때 陳士铎에 의해 저술되었으며 현재까지 한의학의 연구에 중요한 저서로 인식되고 있다. 「卷之十二」는 모두 8개의 病證으로 이루어져 있으며 이는 다시 40개의 절로 나누어져 있다.
『辨證錄』 「卷之十二」의 특징을 정리하면 다음과 같다.
第1章에서는 胎動不安에 대한 증상과 원인, 처방을 모두 7가지로 나누어 설명하고 있으며 또한 産前에 있을 수 있는 3가지의 증상(子懸, 子煩, 兒啼腹中)에 대해서 論하였다.
第2章에서는 小産에 대한 증상과 원인, 처방을 5가지로 나누어 설명하였다.
第3章에서는 鬼胎에 대한 증상과 원인, 처방을 설명하였다.
第4章에서는 難産에 대한 증상과 원인, 처방을 6가지로 나누어 설명하였다.
第5章에서는 血暈에 대한 증상과 원인, 처방을 2가지로 나누어 설명하였으며, 또한 실어증으로 발전할 수 있는 심각한 경우를 언급하였다.
第6章에서는 胞衣不下에 대한 증상과 원인, 처방을 2가지로 나누어 설명하였다.
第7章에서는 産後에 나타날 수 있는 다양한 증상을 모두 11개의 경우로 나누어 증상과 원인, 처방에 대하여 설명하였다.
第8章에서는 缺乳에 대한 증상과 원인, 처방을 2가지로 나누어 설명하였다.
『辨證錄』은 한의학 연구를 위한 서적 가운데에서도 특히 중요한 의의가 가지고 있다. 그러나 현재 한국어로 번역된 바가 없으니 본 論文은 『辨證錄』 중 「卷之十二」의 國譯을 통해 陳士铎이 제시한 辨證理論을 보다 쉽게 공유하여, 한의학을 공부하는 사람들에게 작은 보탬이 되고자 한다.

The topic of this study is the translation of 『Byun Jeung Rok vol.XII(辨證錄十二卷)』. Byun Jeung Rok is a complete book of medecine which was written by Jin Sa Tak(陳士铎) in the early years of the Ching dynasty.
Of this, the twelfth volume is composed of 8 disease-patterns(病證) and 40 subsidiary themes.
The organized characteristics of 『Byun Jeung Rok vol.XII(辨證錄十二卷)』 is as follows.
Chapter 1 refers to the symtoms and causes of Threatened abortion(切迫流産) and prescription of relieving symtoms(安胎). It explains seven cases of Threatened abortion and also present three cases of symtoms(子懸, 子煩, 兒啼腹中) before delivery.
Chapter 2 refers to the symtoms, causes and prescription of Abortion(小産). It explains five cases of Abortion.
Chapter 3 refers to the symtoms, causes and prescription of Hydatidiform mole(鬼胎).
Chapter 4 refers to the symtoms, causes and prescription of Dystocia(難産). It explains six cases of Dystocia.
Chapter 5 refers to the symtoms, causes and prescription of Postpartum hemorrhage(血暈). It explains two cases of Postpartum hemorrhage. And also present a serious case which leads to aphasia.
Chapter 6 refers to the symtoms, causes and prescription of Remaining placenta(胞衣不下). It explains two cases of Remaining placenta.
Chapter 7 refers to the symtoms, causes and prescription of Various postpartum symtoms(産後諸病). It explains eleven cases of Various postpartum symtoms.
Chapter 8 refers to the symtoms, causes and prescription of Abnormalities of secretion(缺乳). It explains two cases of Abnormalities of secretion.
Obviously the Byun Jeung Rok(辨證錄) is one of the very inpertant texts in the oriental medecine. But there is no exact Korean translation, so I study this 8 chapters and translated them into Koreas. Finally, I hope this thesis can be an aid of development in the knowledge informatization of Korean medecine,
