In the media department, the author puts forward the significance of this topic, research status, and points out the important writing objectives of this article. Composition of paper notes of the Department consists of four departments: First Department, briefly describes the French in Indochina colonial rule set, analysis of its colonial past violations of the reasons, outlines the process after invasion. The second sector, the paper summarizes the French Indochina in the colonization policy, respectively. The third sector, first from France's own economic, political, and cultural understanding practical shape and historical tradition and so on, that the colonial nearly ruling policy; again from the perspective of Indochina three nations, discusses the three countries all the characteristics of the history of French colonial rule policy seriously affect. It is pointed out that, colonizing tame rule method not only decided only to suzerain methods of production and more depending in the colonial society of social production growth. The fourth section describes the impact of the French colonial rule on the historical development of the three countries, from the political, economic, cultural, ethnic relations and other aspects of the colonial rule of colonialism.
