This paper is divided into three chapters except for the media and the stop. In the first chapter, the origin, development and characteristics of the international origin of the legislation of product liability are introduced. In the second chapter, the comparison and analysis of the product liability law, the practical scale, the compensation system and the judicial practice, and the legal system of product liability legislation must be established.
