论文摘要:
在当代社会,法学翻译,特别是立法文本翻译的重要性日益突出.法学文本与其他文本相比具有不同的特征,这决定了法学翻译的工（略）题与其他文本翻译的工作者面临的问题有所不同.
衔接是文本的普遍特征,存在于任何语言中.但是由于英语和汉语属于不同的语系,其衔接手段必然存在不少的异同.一种语言中的衔接手段不（略）一种语言中,或者存在的形式同.尽管国内外的语言学家在衔接这个领域已经做了很多探讨,但是却忽略了不同语言衔接方式的异同.关于立（略）式的探讨很少,英汉立法语言衔接方式对比的探讨了则更为缺乏.
本文旨在对英汉立法语言信息的衔接方式进行对比探讨,从而为法学翻译理论学家、法学翻译工作者以及其他语言学家提供立法语言信息衔接方式方面的启示.
作者应用衔接理论和法学语篇树状信息结构模式对法学语篇双语语料库中抽取的中文立法文本及其英语翻译文本（略）出立法语言信息结构中的主要衔接方式,总结这些衔接方式的相同和不同之处,略论其特征,从而为翻译人员提供启示,使他们在翻译工作中能够有意识的对译文进行衔接方面的调整.
