法国“居家教育”由来已久,法国家长若选择“居家教育”,必先向政府提出申报,获批后可根据情况安排教学,但儿童须接受政府的教育管控与考核,若愿意,他们之后也可回归主流学校教育。继承与监管并行是“居家教育”制度的最主要特点,这一方面表现为法国政府对传统家庭教育形式的传承,从而使“居家教育”同义务教育并无冲突;另一方面反映在“居家教育”需受到相关法学约束,法语论文题目,且其制度设计周全,分类明晰,法语论文题目,实践过程始终须受政府监督。

Abstract:

In France,homeschooling has practiced more than a century. In Frence,if parents choose home-schooling,they should at first make a proposal to the government,after receiving the approval,they can arrange teach-ing according to their own situation. But the children must accept the educational control and assessment of the gov-ernment,they can,if they want,integrate into the mainstream educational system. The main characteristic of home-schooling system is its inheritance and supervision. On one hand,this reflects that the homeschooling traditionally ex-isted and its system runs parallel with compulsory education without conflicts;on the other hand,the homeschooling system is constrained by the relevant law and well-structured with clear classification,its practice is always under the supervision of the government.
