研讨法国职业教育特点，有助于促进我国职业教育创新发展。法国职业教育包括中等和高等两大类，法语论文范文，其主要特点表现在：政府重视，立法保障；市场导向，公司参与；课程务实，训练严苛；职业精神，从小抓起。近年来，我国职业教育虽然取得了较大的进步，但仍存在着一些不足：职业院校社会地位较重点本科院校低下，生源质量普遍不高、数量严重不足，办学经费捉襟见肘、入不敷出等。对此，可以采取以下对策推动职业教育发展：一是完善立法，创新发展；二是破除偏见，转变观念；三是产教融合，校企合作；四是坚守匠心，法语论文范文，培育精神。
Abstract： This paper first briefly introduces the French vocational education mode and its char-acteristics.French vocational education includes two major categories with secondary and tertiary. There are some characteristics in French vocational education ,such as the legislation safeguard, market orientation,enterprise participation,pragmatic,rigorous training course,and professional spirit.There exists some problems in China’s vocational education,for example,its social status is lower than that of some major universities,the quality of students is generally not high,the number of students is seriously insufficient,the funds for running schools are stretched,and the income is not enough and so on.Finally,this paper puts forward some measures to push the innovative devel-opment of China’s vocational education:first ,develop the legislation,innovation and develop-ment;Second,get rid of prejudice and change the concept ;third,establish cooperation between colleges and enterprises ;the last,stick to originality and cultivate the spirit. |
