The authors give a detailed study on BTS education （BTS-Brevet de technicien sup ~ rieur French post-secondary technical diploma）, a French vocational education system. They put focus on the hotel, catering and management of BTS education. The BTS educational sector has offered a large number of high-quality per- sonnel.
