To analyze and discuss the differences of the two foreign investment law, it has a very important significance for our country. In this paper, the background and the historical development of the chapeau to introduce the Russian and Chinese foreign investment law, then the separation of the introduction of Russian foreign investment law system, and the Russian and Chinese foreign investment law regarding the treatment of citizens, admission of foreign investment and foreign investment, levy and compensation, solid assure external delineated, and the Russian and Chinese foreign investment law the provision of a comparative analysis. So, in the further growth of our foreign investment law, we should take the Russian foreign investment law as a reference. Russia's foreign investment law has its own conservative side, but in some achievements, it also shows the growth of China's foreign investment law in the future growth trend. As the growth of China, the foreign investment law of China is also to slowly adapt to this trend.
