| 摘要：我国高校俄语教学中,特别是对非俄语系学生,如何提高他们的俄语学习及运用能力尤为重要。把培养学生的俄语实用运用能力作为俄语教学的目标,符合社会发展和学生自身的双向需求。学校培养学生是为了适应社会的需要,这就要求在教学过程中力求使学生的俄语实际运用能力有一个大的提升。本文针对非俄语系的学生,探究培养非俄语系的学生俄语学习及运用能力的措施。 Abstract：In Russian teaching of college and University, especially for non Russian Majors, how to improve their learning and application ability is very important. To cultivate students' practical application ability as the target of Russian teaching, in line with the social development and students' own two-way demand. In order to meet the needs of the society, the school students are required to make the students' practical application ability in the teaching process.
