Led by the FDI, Vietnam's economic structure to achieve significant adjustment, plus FDI for Vietnam brings advanced technology equipment and experience, governance, make the production operation method of Vietnamese local enterprises move toward modernization, and then make the site, human capital can be fully used, the international competition strength of their progress. Not only that, FDI also promote the growth of Vietnam's business, tourism economy, so that Vietnam's economy gradually connected with the global economy. The Vietnamese authorities have attached great importance to the introduction of foreign capital and the improvement of the introduction of foreign investment policy. With the entry of foreign capital, the policy of the FDI is worthy of deep research, and has become a very worthy of consideration.
