| 摘要：越南最近完成了国家水电规划(NHP)探讨,其总体目标是对国内备选的可能水电工程进行评价和排序。介绍了探讨采用的主要措施,由于客户、咨询企业以及利益相关方的共同努力,在整个探讨过程中措施得以不断的改进。总共对80项可能水电工程分别作为独立方案或是流域综合开发的一部分进行了评价。已经确定了越南所有重要流域的水电工程,并根据经济和环境/社会参数进行了排序。 Abstract：Vietnam recently completed the national hydropower planning (NHP) research, its overall goal is to evaluate the potential of the domestic hydropower projects and sort. This paper introduces the main methods used in the study, because of the joint efforts of customers, consulting company and stakeholders, the method can be continuously improved in the whole research process. A total of 80 possible hydropower projects were evaluated separately as an independent scheme or a part of the comprehensive development of the river basin.
